Fabric Different dye lots of the same color can vary in shade. Not all colors will exactly match but we stress quality matching on each garment. Because we have no control over laundering methods, we can not accept responsibility for fading or color bleeding in washed garments. Shrinkage Because it is common for knitted fabrics to experience some shrinkage, even with normal laundering, or through screen printing, we can not guarantee exact sizes after either has been done. Cancellations, Changes & Returns Because we are a custom manufacturer, we do not stock athletic wear. Our aim is to produce each order to the customer’s specific needs, but within our production costs. We can not accept changes or cancellations after your order has been “cut”. All claims must be made within 10 days of shipment date. Returns are allowed only with pre-authorization and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Service Charge A $25.00 charge will be accessed for all returned checks. Add 1.5% service charge on all invoices past 30 days. We have sales representatives in several states throughout the country. If samples for sizing are needed, we can bill you at the regular price and credit you when you return them if received back no later than 30 days after you receive them.
